Come join us for a fun-filled evening (Wednesday,
March 10th) of networking, complimentary food, & gifts to help
support Children’s Aid and Family Services and one of their
programs called Baby Basics. This event is a wonderful opportunity
to not only meet local professionals but to also give back to the
community.
Children's Aid and Family Services has been serving
the northern New Jersey community for more than 110 years and is
currently one of northern New Jersey’s leading nonprofit providers
of human services and child welfare programs. Their program, Baby
Basics, provides diapers and other baby essentials to low-income
families with children younger than 2 years old. With many families
struggling to get by in this tough economy, Baby Basics is helping
more families than ever.
In addition to Baby Basics, Children’s Aid
and Family Services also provides adoption & foster care services,
child care & early education, alcohol & drug education /
prevention, eldercare services, and educational programs & workshops
to help strengthen the community.
Please bring a donation
of diapers (sizes 4, 5 and 6) or monetary gifts to help the vulnerable
babies and children served by Baby Basics.
We are anticipating a big crowd,
so be sure to arrive early.
