WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS:


Functional Fitness Training Workoshop (1-2 hours)
This great workshop/workout focuses on exercise basics and fundamentals for people who are interested in learning about a new way of training. The main training style incorporated into this workshop is functional training. Functional training is a way to train muscles so they are prepared for activities of every day life. Attandees will experience a new way of training. Learn how to perform great functional exercise for your core, upper body, and lower body. We will utilize a variety of fitness tools and teach a series of ready-to-use exercises that focus on elevating overall strength, core power, flexibility, and balance. Master cutting edge functional training techniques that impact every-day-life.


Financial Planning Basics for Fitness Professionals (2 hours CEUs)
Financial Planning Basics introduces critical financial planning concepts that are most often overlooked by fitness professionals. This course explores ten critical concepts that comprise a successful financial plan. The end goal is to provide fitness professionals with the tools necessary to better understand their financial situation and to be better prepared for their future financial needs. Topics such as setting goals, budgeting, insurance, credit, investing, tax planning, saving for college, retirement planning, and estate planning are covered. No prior financial planning experience is necessary. This course is designed for individuals of all financial knowledge levels.

TWIST Core Training Workshop (2 hours of CEUs)

Learn about great in-home & travel training tools along with a series of ready-to-use exercises that focus on elevating overall strength, core power, flexibility, and balance. Master cutting edge functional training tools and techniques that impact every-day-life activities in this 1-2 hour workshop / workout


Get Fit & Stay Fit on a Limited Budget Workshop (1-2 hours)
During these tough economic times, people have been asking our company to develop a workshop that teaches people how to stay fit on a limited budget. This great workshop focuses on teaching individuals how exercising can be easy, effective, and affordable. We will demonstrae how to use every-day items for strength training, flexibility training, and cardiovascular training. Body weight exercises will be demonstrated and practiced. This workshop is ideal for men, women, teens, and children of all fitness levels. Due to tough economic situations that everyone faces, we still need to take care of our bodies. Learn from industry professional how to exercise on a budget. This workshop is 1-2 hours long.


Playground Exercises Workshop (1-2 hours)
This great workshop focuses on teaching people how they can exercise at a local playground. We will demonstrate how to utilize common park equipment for strength training, flexibility training, and cardiovascular training. Parents can now exercise along with their children at the local park. Making exercise a family event is fun and rewarding. Men, women, teens, and children of all fitness levels are welcome to attend. We will demonstrate and practice exercises for all fitness levels. These workshops are typically 1-2 hours long.


Fitness Products Showcase (1-2 hours)
Ever wonder how to use a specific piece of fitness equipment? The purpose of this workshop is to share with attendees a variety of useful fitness products used by personal trainers and therapists. You will not only learn about new and existing products, but you'll also have an opportunity to practice exercises with them. The more you understand about products, the more likely you'll use them during your workout. We don't have to simply use the treadmill & dumbbells. Men, women, teens, and children of all fitness levels are welcome to attend. Each showcase is about 1-2 hours.
